Michael is an experienced consultant and project manager who has spent the last 15 years delivering award winning projects with and for Local and State Governments.
As a true ‘all-rounder’ with broad skills across policy, engagement and project delivery, Michael is trusted for his ability to think creatively, critically analyse complex problems and bring people with him through change processes.
With a background in urban planning, Michael has led complex multi-year projects and programs spanning topics including emergency management, disaster resilience and coastal adaptation.
Michael is a seasoned engagement practitioner skilled in the design and delivery of engagement programs that build trust, consensus and momentum.
Michael’s experiences are rounded off with a strong appreciation of not-for-profit strategy and governance developed through service on multiple not-for-profit boards and two years’ experience delivering disaster resilience programs in the Philippines.
